Payment
All applications must be accompanied by the relevant fee. Payment in full MUST be received prior to the attendance of any course. Booking is only guaranteed upon receipt of payment. Application by phone will not be accepted. For full season registration Payments can be made in full or in 2 separate payment. 50% 1st Payment / 50% 2nd payment in December 2020. 20% sibling discount on the 2nd child and 30% on the third. 2 Training kits will be provided for 3x a week registration.
Payment by Cash: Cash AED currency only. Please ensure your receipt of payment is collected at the time of the payment. All applications must be accompanied by the 100% fee.
Refund Policy
Students who have registered and paid for the program, but decide not to attend the Academy program at all, must give written notice to the Admin Office, to be received no later than the start of the first day of the Term or Season. If such notice is received by this date, the course fee shall be returned, and applicable school fees refunded in accordance with Academy refund policy. Refunds shall be based on the remaining sessions unattended. No makeup sessions will be offered for missed classes/ public holiday (s). Refunds on medical ground will be applicable if the sickness/ injury prevents the students attending for more than 3 sessions provided a Medical Certificate is presented.
Refunds and transfer will only be accepted if participant is relocating to another country (with proof) and the missed sessions are for more than 3 sessions. Parent/s agree to inform the Admissions Office in writing if they intend to withdraw the student from the school for any reason, and should provide at least thirty (30) days’ notice to allow for documentation and applicable refunds to be prepared. An administration fee of AED 300 will be charged for all refunds.
General
All classes will be conducted mainly in English. Any requests for change of course will not be possible if the course required is already full. All course changes are at the discretion of Sporting Football Academy administration. We treat as a priority the safety and wellbeing of all children attending our courses. We, therefore, reserve the right to remove from our courses/activities without refund, any child or parent/guardian found bullying, misbehaving or generally being disruptive. Places on all courses are limited. They will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. All courses, activities, venues, and arrangements are subject to change according to programming and a satisfactory level of numbers. We reserve the right to cancel any courses and/or to change any information given, should this be necessary for any reason. We do not allow any video or other filming or recording equipment on courses and accordingly neither you nor the participant may record or attempt to record (whether permanently or transiently) or transmit moving images or voices of anyone at the course. You may take still photographs at times indicated by us within the program schedule if they are only used for private purposes. You agree to grant to us the worldwide right in perpetuity, without approval or compensation, to use the participant’s name, photographic or video image or likeness for our reasonable commercial purposes. Neither you not the participant shall disclose or use any aspect of our course for commercial purposes.
